The mission of the Youth Advisory Board (Y.A.B.) is to strengthen the bridge between the young adult community and the library, to encourage participation and share the diverse ideas, interests, and voices of teens.

YAB meets the fourth Saturday of the month to help create library programs by brainstorming ideas, give book recommendations, and run their own clubs and programs that they create themselves.

YAB members must be in 6th to 12th grade and are expected to attend every meeting (2 excused missed meetings allowed).
