Acts of Science: Playing for Science
April 16 @ 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Teens and Adults. Help Alzheimer’s Research! Join us as we livestream with the team at SciStarter to learn about Alzheimer’s research and how you can help analyze data to speed up the research! It’s as simple as playing the online game, Stall Catchers, where you report clogged blood vessels seen in movies of mouse brains! Learn about the science and participate in hands-on practice OR just watch and learn. Every participant will be contributing to SciStarter’s 2.5 Million Acts of Science campaign!
This is part of our America 250! series. Participants will be entered into our America 250 raffle drawing. There will also be program-specific giveaways and a prize for performing the most acts of science! Funding for this program is provided by an Acts of Science: Connected Event Support Grant from SciStarter.
Registration is required before 9:00 am on April 16.
